Install Conda as documented in its documentation.
$ conda create -n team13 python=3.7
$ conda activate team13
$ conda install -c conda-forge notebook pandas jupyterthemes seaborn jupyter_contrib_nbextensions pandoc
$ conda activate team13
$ jupyter notebook
